PGA’s National Club Championship Recap-
Kiawah Island, South Carolina- The Iowa PGA has two Amateur contestants from our Iowa PGA Member facilities competing in the 2022 PGA National Club Championship. This is an invitation only tournament made up of 2022 Club Champions. This 3-day tournament was held on February 15-17 in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
Patrick Breitbach of Waukee and Des Moines Golf & Country Club (PGA Head Golf Professional, Scott Howe) competed in the Men’s Division. His 3-day total 74-84-76=234, 18-over-par which placed him tied for 27th place.
Martin Golobic of Cedar Rapids Country Club (PGA Head Golf Professional, Luke Donah) competed in the Men’s Division. His 3-day total 82-85-78=245, 29-over-par which placed him tied for 62nd place.
