Final Results of the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship-
Frisco, Texas – Two of our Iowa PGA Members competed in the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at the PGA Frisco (May 25-28, 2023) in Frisco, Texas. Jeff Schmid of Brown Deer Golf Club and Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Golf Course both participate. Bryan Luedtke of Bunker Links Golf Course is an alternate.
Schmid’s final round he carded birdies on holes 4, 7, 8 and 12; bogeys on holes 1, 2, 6, 9 and 10 including a double bogey on hole 5 which placed him T63rd. His four-day total is 73-74-74-75=296, 8-over-par.
Proehl’s final round he carded a birdie on hole 18 including bogeys on holes 1, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13 which placed him 77th. His four-day total is 74-73-77-77=301, 13-over-par.
