Egly and Bidney Awarded the 2023 GRAA Growth of the Game Award-
Riverside, Iowa – Two of our Iowa PGA Golf Professionals have been named to the 2023 GRAA (Golf Range Association of America) Growth of the Game Teaching Professionals Elite Member Status. Sarah Bidney of Hyperion Field Club and Mark Egly of Des Moines Driving Range. Des Moines Driving Range was named Stand-Alone Top 50.

Sarah Bidney is the Director of Instruction at Hyperion Field Club in Johnston, Iowa. Sarah is now a 12-time GRAA Elite Member Status recipient 2012-2016 as a Top 50 growth of the game and 2017-2023 Elite member statue. She’s had a great impact on many families that she teaches year after year.
The Iowa PGA would like to congratulate Sarah on this great award.
Mark Egly’s passion and dedication to his players is evident in the amount of time and effort he puts into his clinics, group and individual lessons. Egly has been an 12-time Golf Range Magazine award winner as a Top 50 Teacher and a Top 50 Growth of the Game award winner.
Egly’s facility Des Moines Driving Range was named the Stand-Alone Top 50 in the 2023 GRAA award category.
