Tucker Wins Iowa PGA Assistant Match Play-
Riverside, Iowa – The season long Iowa PGA Assistant Match Play Champion was crowned. Mitch Tucker of Briarwood Golf Club won the Iowa PGA Assistant Match Play by defeating Matt Jennings of Bos Landen Golf Course in the final match, 1 up.
Here is Tucker’s path through the Assistant Match Play Brackets.
Tucker faced Austin Reynolds of Hyperion Field Club in the first round, 1 up. He faced Tommy Vining of Hyperion Field Club in the second round and Vining conceded the match. He then went on to knock off Tyler Christians of Wakonda Club, 1 up. The final Championship match had Tucker defeating Matt Jennings of Bos Landen Golf Course, 1 up to win the 2025 season long Iowa PGA Assistant Match Play Championship.
This was Tucker’s first Assistant Match Play Championship Title.
