- West Des Moines, Iowa – The Iowa PGA hosted the sub-regional event for Drive, Chip, and Putt on Sunday, August 18 at Glen Oak Country Club in West Des Moines. The Iowa PGA wants to congratulate the 125 youth that qualified for the event and to the 16 golfers (top 2 in each division) that advanced to the regional competition at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois, on October 6, 2024. - Marshalltown, Iowa – The Team of Jay Giannetto of Elmwood Country Club and his team of Scott Taylor, Randy Clifton and Bob Cannon took home first place at the Lennox/Quakerdale on Tuesday, August 20 at Elmwood Country Club.
