- Benton Harbor, Michigan – Three of our Iowa PGA Members competed on the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at the Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Michigan (May 23-26, 2024). Schmid T27th place after the 72-hole championship. Jeff Schmid of Brown Deer Golf Club Sean McCarty of Brown Deer Golf Club and Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Golf Course will all participate. - West Des Moines, Iowa – The Principal Charity Classic Junior Open was a Major point event on the 2024 Iowa PGA Junior and Pee Wee Tour held at Glen Oaks Country Club. Thanks to PGA Head Professional Don Tracy and the entire Glen Oaks Country Club staff and membership for their support in hosting the Principal Charity Classic Junior Open. Special thanks to Executive Director Steve Nieman, Tournament Director Alex McCarty and the Principal Charity Classic for their support.
