Team Schnell Leads Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am After Round 2-
Round 2 Results
Overall Leaderboard
Las Vegas, Nevada– Iowa PGA Member Curt Schnell and his team Max Lamb, Jim Hauer, Ron Coe and Mike Lamb sit atop the leaderboard following round two of the 21st annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am presented by Adidas and Cobra-Puma. Round two was held at Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Team Schnell accumulated 16 quota points in round two to go along with the 8 quota points they had in round one to sit with 24.0 overall quota points to lead by 7.5 points heading into the final round.
The second place overall team is Ben Montgomery of Airport National Golf and his team of Jon Maloney, Rob Schneider, Phil Hansen and Matt Edl after accumulating 21.5 quota points in round two to go along with their -5 quota points in round one to sit with 16.5 overall quota points. Team Montgomery finished in 1st place for day 2 only.
The overall third place team is Terry Anderson of the Elks Country Club and his team of Anthony Burrier, Scott Niblo, Wes Behounek and Bruce Dall with 10 overall total quota points. Day two they had 16 points to go along with their -6 points from day one.
Day 2 Results –
Team Montgomery won day two with 21.5 quota points. Brian Wernimont of Brown Deer Golf Club and his team of Steve Carneol, Jason Tjarks, Robert Cordle and Jeff Johnson finished day two in second place with 20 daily quota points. The third-place team on day two was PGA Life Member Dick Specht and his team of Scott Kramer, Ryan Maiers, Mike Fagerlind and Andy Callahan with 17.5 quota points.
The 21st Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am moves to Cascata Golf Club tomorrow for the final round. The Iowa PGA will provide coverage of 21st Annual Iowa PGA Las Vegas Pro-Am on iowapga.com and on its social media platforms all week.
