Six Iowa PGA Members to Compete in the 2025 Senior PGA Professional Championship-
Port St. Lucie, Florida – Six of our Iowa PGA Members will take on the 2025 Senior PGA Professional Championship at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida (October 23-26, 2025).

McCarty is joined by Jeff Schmid of Brown Deer Golf Club, Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Golf Club, Judd Gibb of Hanson’s Custom Golf, Bryan Luedtke of Bunker Links Golf Course, and Darin Fisher of William Penn University.
Sean McCarty and Jeff Schmid are both exempt through other PGA sanctioned events and do not count toward the four (4) qualifying spots PGA of America events.
The alternates in order are John Dinnebier of Briarwood Golf Club, Tracy Vest of Lake House Sports, John Bermel of Pheasant Ridge Golf Course and Todd Fowler of Golf Galaxy – Davenport.
