Seven Iowa PGA Members to Compete in the 33rd Senior PGA Professional Championship-
Riverside, Iowa – Seven of our Iowa PGA Members will take on the 33rd Senior PGA Professional Championship at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida (October 21-24). Stay up to date with us as we keep everyone informed on where each of our Iowa PGA Members are at during the tournament.

Jeff Schmid of Brown Deer Golf Club, Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course, Judd Gibb of Hanson’s Custom Golf, Chris Black of Hickory Grove Golf Course, John Shawver of Fore Seasons Golf Practice, John Bermel of Pheasant Ridge Golf Course and Bryan Luedtke of Bunker Links Golf Course will all participate.
A full field of 264 players will compete in the National Championship with several key exemptions at stake. The low 35 scores will earn a berth into the 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Michigan, May 24-29, 2022. The top 5 finishers will earn an exemption into the final stage of the 2021 PGA Tour Champions National Finals. Those that finish in the top 8, including ties, will automatically qualify for next year’s Championship.
