Overview
The Iowa PGA Junior Tour consists of single and multi-day events. Juniors will either play 9 or 18 holes on a tournament day. Some events will be played over two days. Players should be able to walk and carry their clubs for eighteen holes. Players should also be able to keep score and keep pace with the rest of the players. Events will be categorized into 4 different point levels: Major, Ace, Eagle or Birdie. The point level of the event will determine the amount of Player of the Year points awarded.

MEMBERSHIP
The membership fee for the 2023 Iowa PGA Junior Tour is $60! Your Junior Tour membership will give you access to the Junior Tour Online Handbook which includes information and registration for all tournaments. Interactive BlueGolf tournament software system is used which has advanced features such as shot tracking, personal profile, Facebook integration and more. CADDIE POLICY
Caddies are not allowed on the Iowa Junior Tour except for the Iowa PGA Junior Championship. For all other events, USGA Rule 8-1 prohibits any sort of “advice” during the round from a competitor and/or spectator. Violations are grounds for the player’s immediate disqualification from the tournament.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Juniors who are 18 and younger by June 3, 2023 are eligible. However, High School graduates are eligible for tournament play only during the summer immediately following their graduation, even if they are not yet 19 years old.
