Gibb Champion of the Iowa PGA Match Play Championship-
Coal Valley, Illinois – The Iowa PGA Match Play Champion is Judd Gibb of Hanson’s Custom Golf. The event was held on Tuesday, May 6 at Oakwood Country Club.
Players were seeded according to the Master Points List kept by the Iowa PGA and player reputation.
Gibb won the Iowa PGA Match Play by defeating Jeff Schmid of Brown Deer Golf Club in Coralville, Iowa in the final match, 2 & 1.

Gibb earned a first-round bye. He faced Eric Drane of Oakwood Country Club in the second round, defeating him 2 & 1. He then went to knock off Kevin Trobaugh of Des Moines Golf & Country Club, 2 & 1 in round three. In the Quarterfinals Gibb took on Matt Jennings of Bos Landen Golf Club and defeated him, 2 & 1 in the match. In the Semifinals Gibb defeated Zach Steffen of Terrace Hills Golf Course, 2 up. The final Championship match had Gibb defeating Schmid, 2 & 1 to win the 2025 Iowa PGA Match Play Championship.
