Nomination Information
The nomination forms for the Iowa PGA Special Awards Presented by All Star Pro Golf are available below. Please click the tabs below to view eligibility, details, and a nomination form for each award. To submit a nomination, click on a tab below, scroll down past the award details & submit the nomination form. Only PGA Members in good standing can nominate. Associates are encouraged to talk to members about their suggestions for nominations and can submit supporting documentation.
Deadline for nominations are generally on Sunday, August 6 at 11:59 p.m. At that time, nominees will be asked to submit supporting documentation to the Iowa PGA Section Office no later than Monday, August 21 at 11:59 p.m. The Special Awards committee will review all nominations and supporting documentation and will rank and select each award winner. Announcement of award winners will be on or around September 6.
