2022 PGA Winter Championship – Gibb/Fisher Finish Second in Senior/Junior
Riverside, Iowa – Two of our Iowa PGA Professionals Judd Gibb of Hanson’s Custom Golf and Darin Fisher of The Preserve on Rathbun Lake competed in the final round of the Senior/Junior Team Championship at the PGA Golf Club in Pt. St. Lucie, Florida on January 20, 2022. This is a one best ball of two Team Championship.
Gibb and Fisher carded birdies on holes 1, 9 and 16; an eagle on hole 7 including a bogey on hole 15. Gibb and Fisher’s four-day total 60-65-66-68=259, 28-under-par. Gibb and Fisher finished in second place behind the team of Bob Sowards and Ben Kern.
