2021 PGA Winter Championship – Senior Stroke Play Round 2
Riverside, IA – Three of our Iowa PGA Professionals Dave Ranney of Lamoni Golf & Country Club, Chad Proehl of Sugar Creek Golf Course and Judd Gibb of Lakeside Municipal Golf Course are competing in the Senior Stroke Play ages 50-59 at the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Proehl’s second round he carded bogeys on holes 2, 7 and 16; birdies on holes 3, 8, 10, 13, 15 and 18 including a double bogey on hole 4. Proehl’s second round total 38-32=70, 11th place in Group 1 and overall. Going into the final round after two-day’s of playing his total is 70-70=140, -3. His tee time for Tuesday, January 12 is at 12:23 PM on the Wanamaker Course.
Gibb’s second round he carded a birdie on hole 6 including bogeys on holes 4 and 18. Gibb’s second round total 36-36=72, tied for 31st place in Group 1 and tied for 55th place overall. Going into the final round after two-day’s of playing his total is 77-72=149, +6. His tee time for Tuesday, January 12 is at 8:51 AM on the Ryder Course.
Ranney’s second round he carded birdies on holes 1 and 4 including bogeys on holes 6, 7, 15, 16 and 18. Ranney’s second round total 36-38=74, tied for 41st place in Group 2 and placed 82nd place overall. Going into the final round after two-day’s of playing his total is 80-74=154, +11. His tee time for Tuesday, January 12 is at 7:39 AM on the Wanamaker Course.
