Steve Hutton Selected to the Global Golf Post All-Pro Team

We are excited to announce that one of our Iowa PGA Section members Steve Hutton has been selected to the Global Golf Post All-Pro Team which recognizes the most outstanding competitive performances of PGA Professionals across the country.

This is the third year honoring the accomplishments of PGA Professionals and the 55 men on the First Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention lists.

Global Golf Post, the leading digital golf magazine in the world, unveiled its third annual PGA of America All-Pro Teams in this week’s issue. The 55 players, representing 30 PGA Sections, are the PGA golf professionals who posted outstanding performances in 2016. They were evaluated on good play while balancing the duties of their profession.

Several golf professionals received First Team honors for the third year in a row. 55 PGA Golf Professionals were recognized for their on-course performance in 2016. To be considered the professional had to be classified A-1 (Head Golf Professional at a golf course), A-4 (Director of Golf at the golf course), key competitions, including the PGA Championship, the Senior PGA Championship, the Professional National championship, the Senior Professional National Championship, the U.S. Open, and the U.S. Senior Open, as well as performance in section events.
