The team format was One Best Ball of Two Net with amateurs receiving 90% of their Handicap Index.  An individual PGA Open and Senior Division was also being held for the professionals along with a Skins Game and Senior Skins Game. Kyle Spahr, 2013 Assistant Match Play Champion  The 2013 Iowa PGA Assistant Match Play Championship was held at Geneva Golf & Country Club on Monday, August 20th.  Iowa PGA Assistant Professionals competed in this event which is a Major Point Event for them on the Iowa PGA schedule. Each match was a nine-hole match except for the final match which was eighteen holes.  A 9-hole match was also used to determine a true third place finish.
