The 2014 Iowa PGA Shootout Presented By PGA Tour was held at Finkbine Golf Course and Brown Deer Golf Club on October 6-7.  This event served as the last Player of the Year Point Event on the 2014 Iowa PGA tournament schedule. 

Darin Fisher, Head PGA Professional at The Preserve on Rathbun Lake won the Open Division by shooting rounds of 67-71 for a tournament total of 138 (-5).  Joe Butler won the Senior Division by firing rounds of 76-73 for a tournament total of 149 (+6).

The format for this event was 36-Hole Stroke Play with three divisions; Open Division, Senior Division, and Super Senior Division.  An optional Skins Game and Senior Skins Game was also be held.  This championship is considered a Major Point Event on the Iowa PGA schedule which means golfers receive more Player of the Year Points in this event.
